The Ritz-Carlton will ship all in-stock orders within two business days after we receive your order. All in-stock orders are shipped Freight On Board from Madison Heights, Michigan. All orders must include complete shipping information, including:

- Recipient Name
- Complete address
- Telephone number
- Fax number
- Preferred shipping method

Your will have the option to ship your order via UPS Ground, 2 Day Blue or Overnight Red service and the shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Expedited and same day shipment requests must be received before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

UPS delivery does not apply to The Ritz-Carlton Sleep Experience mattress.
